One filled standard-size laundry bag—approximately 24 × 36 inches, or comparable in capacity—must close normally without clothing extending above the opening. Oversized or overfilled bags may be charged as an additional bag.
Do you mix my laundry with anyone else’s?
No. Each customer’s laundry stays separate and is processed according to that customer’s Laundry Profile.
What can’t I send?
We cannot accept dry-clean-only garments, leather, suede, wedding attire, specialty couture, wet or moldy laundry, pest-infested items, hazardous or bio-contaminated materials, rugs, weighted blankets, oversized comforters or large commercial linen loads.
Is next-day return guaranteed?
Next-day return is standard for most orders. Air-dried items, unusually large orders, special handling or route disruptions may require additional time; we’ll contact you if timing changes.
Can I set up recurring service?
Yes. Choose weekly, every-other-week or twice-weekly service. Laundry service remains $45 per filled standard-size bag collected, and you may use your own bag.
